One closed loop, from surgical schedule to clearance
CaseReady is a readiness engine. It takes in the schedule, builds a patient-specific requirement set, reviews every record against it, and keeps going until the patient is cleared.
The six steps
-
STEP 01
Intake
We import the surgical schedule and patient details from each center, so every scheduled patient enters the readiness process automatically, with no extra data entry for your staff.
-
STEP 02
Layered rules
Facility policies, surgeon preferences and procedure requirements are merged into one requirement set for each patient. Change a rule once and every affected patient is re-evaluated.
-
STEP 03
Requirements review
Our review reads every record in the chart, in any format, and tests each requirement against it. Each finding is linked to the page that supports it, so nothing has to be taken on faith.
-
STEP 04
Dashboard
Every requirement shows as met or missing, with its evidence, for the whole care team. Center staff, anesthesia and surgeons see the same picture of the same patient.
-
STEP 05
Remediation
Nurse navigators track down what is missing, add it to the record and re-run the review. Only the requirements affected by the new records are re-checked, so the loop stays fast.
-
STEP 06
Attestation
When every requirement is met, a readiness report and clearance attestation go to the center, anesthesia and the surgeon, with the critical labs, medications and problems they need on the day.
The loop repeats until every requirement is met. Only the requirements affected by new records are re-checked, and a physician medical director oversees the process. People make the clinical calls; the platform makes sure nothing is missed.
The same picture of the same patient
Everyone who touches the case works from one evidence-linked view, updated as records arrive.
- Center staff see every scheduled patient's readiness at a glance and what is still open.
- Anesthesia receives the clearance, with critical labs, medications and problems, ahead of the day.
- Surgeons know their preferences were applied and their patients are ready.
- Patients get a call from a nurse navigator when something is missing, not a cancellation at the door.
