Why we built CaseReady
Surgical teams do remarkable work, and too much of it is undone by a missing lab, an unsigned clearance or a record stuck in a fax queue. We set out to make that the exception.
The problem we kept seeing
Same-day cancellations are rarely about the patient's health on the day. They are about something that was not found and fixed in the days before: a test outside its window, a specialist letter that never arrived, a medication list nobody reconciled.
The people who could have caught it were busy running the center. Chasing records by phone and fax does not scale, and the cost of a missed item lands on the patient, the surgeon and the schedule all at once.
CaseReady is our answer: a readiness engine that builds the right requirement set for each patient and reviews every record against it, paired with nurse navigators who close the gaps and a physician who oversees the whole loop.
